Description

The SB Tactical SBT Pistol Stabilizing Brace (part number FS1913A-01-SB) is a low-profile, side-folding brace purpose-built for AR-platform pistols and any firearm equipped with a Mil-Std 1913 Picatinny interface at the rear of the receiver. The SBT uses a rigid internal aluminum strut housed in a tough elasto-polymer body finished in black, delivering a stable cheek weld while folding flat to the left side of the host firearm for compact storage and transport.

Measuring just 9.25″ overall, the SBT keeps the brace footprint minimal without sacrificing stability or control. The integral side-folding hinge mates directly to the host’s 1913 Picatinny end plate; no buffer tube is included with this brace, as the 1913 interface replaces the standard carbine tube mount. A nylon strap ships with the brace for securing the cuff to the shooter’s arm, and the complete unit weighs approximately 1.1 lbs.

The SBT is compatible with the AR-15 platform as well as dedicated pistol-caliber hosts that use a 1913 rear interface, including the B&T APC and HK UMP. Like all SB Tactical products, the SBT uses the company’s proprietary elasto-polymer cuff and housing for improved comfort and recoil management compared to fixed buttstocks.
