The 1875 Army Outlaw Revolver is a faithful reproduction of the 1875 Remington® single-actions, which kept the solid frame and overall styling of Remington’s 1858 percussion models. Ordinary citizens and Old West lawmen alike recognized the sturdy quality of the new Remington revolvers. The infamous Frank James even carried one for most of his outlaw career in the .45 caliber. The 1875 Army Outlaw White Engraved model features a forged white heat-treated steel frame, spring retained cylinder pin, the “webbed” ejector rod tube, and a two-piece walnut grip. This finish option includes white heat-treated steel (cared for like blued steel) with photo engraving that has been hand-chased for extra depth.The Taylor Tuned 1875 Army Outlaw comes ready to shoot out of the box featuring a hand polished action and our custom springs.
